Who owns the generated images?

GRYYD grants you full, unrestricted commercial ownership of all images generated through the platform. Unlike stock photo services requiring per-use licensing or AI art platforms with murky IP rights, GRYYD-generated images are 100% yours to use commercially, modify, resell, or sublicense—no strings attached. This FAQ clarifies ownership rights, usage permissions, and edge cases to ensure you can confidently use generated images in any business context.

Ownership & Rights

What You Own:

• Copyright: Full copyright ownership of generated images (you are the legal author)
• Commercial Rights: Unlimited commercial use—advertising, product listings, social media, print, digital, resale
• Modification Rights: Edit, crop, recolor, combine with other assets without restriction
• Sublicensing Rights: Grant usage rights to clients, partners, or third parties (e.g., if you're an agency creating images for clients)

What GRYYD Does NOT Claim:

• GRYYD does NOT retain any ownership, copyright, or usage rights to your generated images
• GRYYD does NOT use your images for marketing, training AI models, or any other purpose without explicit consent
• GRYYD does NOT require attribution (though appreciated if sharing on social media)

Usage Permissions

Allowed Commercial Uses (No Additional Licensing Required):

Edge Cases & Restrictions:

Trademark/Brand Protection:

• You own the generated image, but you are still responsible for ensuring your product photos and prompts do not infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights
• Example: If you upload a photo of a counterfeit designer handbag and generate images, GRYYD is not liable—you are responsible for ensuring your source materials are legally compliant

Product Photo Ownership:

• You must own or have permission to use the product photos you upload to GRYYD
• Do NOT upload stock photos, competitor product images, or copyrighted materials you do not have rights to use

Reference Image Licensing:

• If you upload reference images (for style inspiration), ensure you have rights to those reference images
• GRYYD does not analyze or validate reference image licensing—this is your responsibility

Data Privacy & Security

Your Generated Images Are Private:

• Generated images are stored securely on GRYYD servers and accessible only to your account
• GRYYD employees do not access, view, or use your images except for technical support purposes (and only with your explicit permission)
• Images are NOT shared with third parties, sold, or used for AI model training

Deletion & Export:

• You can delete projects/drafts anytime—deleted images are permanently removed from GRYYD servers within 30 days
• You can export all generated images anytime via bulk download (no export fees)

Pro Tip: If creating images for agency clients, clearly specify in your client contracts that you are the copyright holder and are granting sublicensing rights to them. This protects both parties and ensures transparent IP ownership.
