Password Reset Process
Forgetting your password happens to everyone. GRYYD makes account recovery straightforward and secure, allowing you to regain access within minutes.
How to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Access Password Reset
- Visit the GRYYD login page (
/login) - Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field
- You'll be redirected to the password reset page
Step 2: Enter Your Email
- Provide the email address you used to register
- Click "Send Reset Link"
- You'll see a confirmation message
Step 3: Check Your Email
Check your inbox for the password reset email. If you don't see it within a few minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few more minutes for delivery
Step 4: Create New Password
Click the reset link in the email and create your new password.
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 10 characters (12+ recommended)
- Must include at least one uppercase letter
- Must include at least one special character (!@#$%^&* etc.)
Step 5: Log In
After resetting, log in with your new password. For security, you'll be logged out from all other devices.
