What is the draft creation workflow?
Drafts follow a 6-step workflow: Setup, Generating, Selection, AI Editing, Overlays (coming soon), and Download. Progress is automatically saved.
Overview
Every draft in GRYYD progresses through a structured 6-step workflow: Setup, Generating, Selection, AI Editing, Overlays (coming soon), and Download. Progress is automatically saved as you work, allowing you to pause and resume at any time.
Step 1: Setup
The Setup step is where you configure all generation parameters before AI processing begins.
Required Inputs:
- Product Photos: Upload 1-10 images of your product from different angles
- Angle Labels: Specify viewing angle for each photo (Front, Side, Back, Top, 45° Angled, etc.)
- Image Description (Prompt): Describe the desired scene, background, lighting, and mood in natural language
Optional Inputs:
- Reference Images: Upload 1-5 example images showing desired style, composition, or aesthetic
- Reference Descriptions: Add notes explaining what you like about each reference image
Generation Settings:
- Aspect Ratio: Choose 16:9 (Landscape), 9:16 (Vertical), 4:5 (Portrait), or 1:1 (Square) based on platform requirements
- Number of Variations: Select 1-10 variations to generate (affects credit cost)
- What to Vary: Choose focus areas (Mood, Composition, Lighting, Background, Color Palette, Perspective)
Example Setup: ``` Product Photos: 5 images (front, left, right, back, 45° angle) Prompt: "Product on wooden table in cozy café setting, warm afternoon lighting, coffee cup and pastry in background, Instagram aesthetic" Aspect Ratio: 1:1 (Instagram feed post) Variations: 4 What to Vary: Composition, Lighting, Background ```
Step 2: Generating
After clicking "Generate Images," AI processes your inputs and creates variations. This typically takes 1-3 minutes depending on complexity and variation count.
What Happens:
- AI analyzes product photos to understand shape, texture, and angles
- Interprets your prompt and reference images
- Generates the specified number of variations with different creative directions
- Progress bar shows real-time status with estimated time remaining
During Generation:
- You can close the browser—generation continues on our servers
- Return anytime to check progress
- If generation exceeds 5 minutes, refresh the page (rare, but network issues can delay updates)
Step 3: Selection
Review all generated variations and choose your favorites for further refinement or immediate download.
Available Actions:
- Preview: Click any variation to view full-screen
- Select: Check boxes on variations you want to keep (multi-select enabled)
- Delete: Remove variations you don't need (frees up visual clutter, doesn't refund credits)
- Regenerate: Not satisfied? Return to Setup, adjust settings/prompt, and generate again
Step 4: AI Editing (Optional)
Refine selected variations using conversational AI editing. Use natural language to request changes like "brighten the background" or "shift the product to the left."
How It Works:
- Select a variation from Step 3
- Enter editing requests in the chat interface
- AI generates edited versions based on your instructions
- Consumes additional credits per edit
Skip if: Your variations from Step 3 are ready to use without modifications.
Step 5: Overlays (Coming Soon)
Add text, logos, or graphic overlays to your images. This feature is currently in development.
Step 6: Download
Finalize and export your selected images in high resolution.
Download Options:
- Standard Resolution: 1024x1024px (for 1:1), equivalent resolutions for other aspect ratios—included free
- 2K Upscaling: Higher resolution (Pro/Max plans only, consumes additional credits)
Download Formats:
- High-quality JPG (default, universally compatible)
- PNG with transparency (coming soon)
Batch Download: Select multiple images and download as ZIP archive for convenience.
