Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

GRYYD is operated by NNT Inc. (주식회사 엔엔티), headquartered in Seoul, Republic of Korea. This page explains how to request deletion of data we have collected through your use of GRYYD, including data obtained from your connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads advertising accounts.

We respect your right to control your personal data. Whether you want to remove only data linked to your advertising account integrations, or your entire GRYYD account, this page describes the steps and timing.

2. Data We Delete

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete the following categories of data, depending on the scope you choose:

  • Meta-related data — all data retrieved from your connected Meta advertising account through the Meta Marketing API, including:
    • Ad account information (account ID, name, currency, time zone, status)
    • Business Manager and asset access information
    • Campaign, ad set, and ad-level metadata
    • Ad creative assets (images, videos, copy) you have uploaded to Meta
    • Aggregated performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, CTR, CPC, conversions) and cached insights
    • Audience and targeting configuration metadata
  • Google Ads-related data: Equivalent data retrieved from your connected Google Ads account through the Google Ads API
  • Account-related data (full GRYYD account deletion): Your account profile, uploaded images and reference assets, AI-generated outputs, workspace and folder data, and service usage history

Limited records required for legal compliance will be retained — see Section 5 below.

3. How to Request Deletion

You have two options. Choose whichever is more convenient.

Method A: Disconnect Meta integration (Recommended for Meta data)

If you only need to delete data linked to your Meta advertising account, you can revoke GRYYD's access. Either path below works equivalently — both will trigger automatic deletion of Meta-derived data within 30 days.

Option (a) — From your GRYYD project

  1. Sign in to GRYYD at gryyd.ai
  2. Open the project in which your Meta Ads account is connected
  3. In the left sidebar under Project Settings, click Creative Insights
  4. At the top of the page, locate the connected account banner — for example, Meta Ads · Connected: your-account@brand.com
  5. Click the Disconnect button next to it and confirm

Note: If you have connected your Meta Ads account to more than one project, repeat these steps in each project, or use Option (b) below to remove access for all projects at once.

Option (b) — From your Facebook account

  1. Sign in to your Facebook account at facebook.com
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
  3. Find GRYYD in your active apps
  4. Click Remove and confirm

In either case, our system receives the disconnection signal through Meta's Data Deletion Callback and automatically begins the deletion process. All data retrieved from your Meta ad account will be deleted within thirty (30) days. You will receive a confirmation code that you can use to check the status of your request — see Section 5 below.

Method B: Email request

For full account deletion, Google Ads data deletion, or if you prefer a manual process, please email us:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your GRYYD account email
  • If applicable, your Meta ad account ID and/or Google Ads account ID
  • The scope of deletion you are requesting (e.g., "Meta data only", "Google Ads data only", "All GRYYD account data")
  • Optional — Data export before deletion: If you would like a copy of your data before it is deleted (exercising your right to data portability under GDPR Article 20 or Korean PIPA), please specify your preferred format: JSON or CSV

Identity verification: Before processing, we will verify that you control the GRYYD account by sending a confirmation email to the account email on file. Once verified, we will complete the deletion within the timeframes described in Section 4.

4. Response Time & Process

  • Acknowledgment: Within 5 business days of receiving your request
  • Completion: Within 30 days of receiving your verifiable request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. For California residents exercising rights under the CCPA / CPRA, completion may extend up to 45 days as permitted by California law.
  • Confirmation: We will notify you by email once deletion is complete

If your request requires additional verification (for example, to confirm you control the GRYYD account or the connected advertising account), we will contact you. The 30-day (or 45-day) timer may pause while we are awaiting your response.

5. Check Your Request Status

When you trigger deletion through Method A (disconnect via GRYYD workspace or Facebook), our system issues a unique confirmation code as part of Meta's Data Deletion Callback flow. You can use this code to verify that your deletion request is in progress or has been completed.

You can check the status of your request in either of these ways:

  • Online status check: Visit https://www.gryyd.ai/data-deletion/status and enter your confirmation code. The direct URL also works: https://www.gryyd.ai/data-deletion/status?code=<your_confirmation_code>
  • Email status check: Send your confirmation code to nnt.aistudio@metric-studio.com with the subject "Deletion Status Check"

For Method B (email) requests, you do not need a confirmation code — we will email you status updates directly at the GRYYD account email associated with your request.

6. What We Retain

Even after deletion, we may retain certain data where required by law, for fraud prevention, or in aggregated/anonymized form:

  • Transaction records — 5 years (Korean Electronic Commerce Act §6)
  • Consumer dispute or complaint records — 3 years (Korean Electronic Commerce Act §6)
  • Service access logs — 3 months (Korean Communications Privacy Protection Act §15-2)
  • Anonymized aggregate analytics — Retained indefinitely; this data is no longer linkable to you individually
